Terms of sale

Rules applicable to purchases, licenses, virtual balance and support.

1. Acceptance of terms

Any purchase, use or access to X - Développement services constitutes full acceptance of these terms. The buyer guarantees compliance with these rules by all users on their server.

2. Ownership and license

Products remain the exclusive intellectual property of X - Développement. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable use license, tied to the Discord and Roblox accounts registered at purchase.

  • Right of use — you may integrate the product into your Roblox experiences that you own (user or purchasing group).
  • Prohibitions — sharing, resale, redistribution, leaks, reverse engineering, removal or modification of technical protections (anti-leak) are strictly forbidden.
  • Sanctions — any violation results in immediate license revocation, shop ban and, where applicable, reporting to partner servers using our systems.

3. Anti-leak system and technical protection

Some Roblox products are delivered with an XDev anti-leak system (online validation, server guard, protection scripts). By purchasing or using such a product, you accept the following rules:

  • Buyer-linked license — the product is only authorized to run if the Roblox experience owner (user or group owner) matches a registered buyer who linked their Roblox account on the site.
  • Product token — protection is activated via a technical token managed by X - Développement. This token grants no resale or sharing rights.
  • No circumvention — it is strictly forbidden to remove, disable, modify, deobfuscate or bypass anti-leak scripts, server guards, validation modules or any protection mechanism integrated into the product — including in "build" or masked delivery mode.
  • HTTP requests required — anti-leak requires "Allow HTTP Requests" in Roblox experience security settings. Without this option, players may be kicked and the product disabled.
  • Technical consequences — without a valid license, the system may automatically neutralize the product (removal of protected assets, player kicks, script blocking). This behavior is an integral part of the protection and is not a malfunction.
  • Build mode — when the studio applies "masked" protection for delivery, security scripts remain mandatory and subject to the same rules. The fact that they are hidden in the model does not authorize their removal or alteration in any way.
  • Technical collection — anti-leak validation sends our servers strictly necessary data: place ID, creator ID, product token and timestamp. No personal data beyond the purchase/Roblox link is sold to third parties.

Any attempt to leak, unauthorized resale or removal of protections may result in action under counterfeiting law and these terms.

4. Support and functional warranty

If a product has a defect originating from our code:

  • Repair — our team prioritizes fixing the error and providing a working update.
  • Repair failure — if we cannot repair the product, two options are available:
    • Partial refund: 50% of the amount is refunded in raw Robux. The remaining 50% is credited as store credit (valid between 1 month and 1 year, at team discretion).
    • Exchange: product of equivalent value. If cheaper, the difference is added to your virtual balance. If more expensive, you pay the difference.

5. Virtual balance system

  • How it works — the studio uses an internal balance system. You buy credits (via Robux) credited to your client account to pay for our products.
  • Non-refundable — once balance is credited, it is final. Virtual balance cannot be converted back to real Robux on Roblox.
  • Debts and negative balance — leadership reserves the right to deduct directly from your balance in case of debt or non-payment.
  • Regularization — if your balance becomes negative, you have 1 month to regularize. After that, severe sanctions may apply (studio and partner server blacklist).

6. Staff protection and sanctions

  • Staff immunity — it is forbidden to ban, kick or sanction (mute / timeout) an X - Développement team member on servers using our products.
  • Right of oversight — in case of non-compliance, the studio may restore its staff via its tools and immediately suspend access to services.
  • Sanctions — non-compliance with these terms (non-payment, staff disrespect, code theft) results in full blacklist from the shop and partners using our systems.

7. Changes

X - Développement reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to adapt to Roblox platform and studio changes.

8. Downloads

Deliverable files are available via the site client area (My purchases), with secure links for limited use. Any sharing of the file or link constitutes a violation of these terms.

9. Community rules
