Data collected
We may collect information required for customer support and the shop: Discord ID, username, email (if provided via OAuth), Roblox link, order history and support exchanges.
Use
This data is used solely for order management, technical support, download security and improvement of studio services.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for customer follow-up and may be deleted upon legitimate request, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
Sharing and subprocessors
X - Développement does not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only with trusted technical partners when necessary for the service, including:
- Vercel — site hosting and execution
- Neon — PostgreSQL database
- Supabase — file storage and related services
- Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile)
- Discord and Roblox — authentication and account linking when you use them
