1. Respect and behavior
- Courtesy required in voice, tickets and private messages with staff.
- Forbidden: insults, harassment, threats, spam, unauthorized advertising, illegal content.
- Staff decisions (Support, Management, Leadership) are disputed via ticket, not in public.
2. Accounts and identity
- One Discord account per person on the official server.
- Link your Roblox on the site before purchase or download (link Roblox).
- Account sharing, impersonation or alts to bypass a sanction: forbidden.
3. Shop and virtual balance
- The site R$ balance is virtual — not convertible to real Roblox Robux.
- All purchases are final except cases covered in the Terms of sale (proven unfixable bug).
- Top up via the studio's official Roblox SHOP game.
- Promos, referrals and discounts: rules displayed at time of purchase.
4. Products, licenses and anti-leak
- Personal license tied to your Discord + Roblox — no resale or sharing.
- Forbidden: leaks, redistribution, file sharing or removing anti-leak protections.
- The Studio plugin embeds anti-leak in your scripts — nothing in ServerScriptService.
- Enable "Allow HTTP Requests" (Game Settings → Security) if the product requires it.
5. Support and tickets
- Open a ticket for bugs, purchases, disputes, quotes or reports (My tickets).
- One ticket = one topic. No duplicates for the same issue.
- Inactive tickets closed after reminder — reopen if needed.
- No abusive staff pings or DMs outside announced procedures.
6. Giveaways and events
- Follow displayed conditions (role, presence, linked account, etc.).
- Cheating, multi-accounts or circumvention = exclusion and sanctions.
- Unclaimed prizes after the deadline may be redistributed.
7. Developers and creators
- Developer space reserved for studio Developer role (Dev space).
- Submissions validated by Leadership — illegal or copied content refused.
- Creator payouts handled off-site; "paid" status = payment confirmation.
8. Sanctions
Typical scale: warning → mute → temporary ban → shop + Discord blacklist.
Reasons: insults, leaks, fraud, non-payment, anti-leak circumvention, staff disrespect, spam, scams.
Leadership may sanction immediately in case of serious misconduct.
9. Staff and immunity
- Forbidden to sanction X - Développement staff on a server using our products without Leadership approval.
- The studio may restore staff access and suspend services in case of abuse.
