How to open a support ticket
One ticket per topic — bugs, purchases, quotes and reports.
Open a ticket
- Sign in.
- Go to My tickets or use Discord ticket panels.
- Choose the right category and describe the issue clearly.
Best practices
- One ticket = one topic — no duplicates for the same problem.
- Attach screenshots, product IDs and error messages.
- Do not ping staff outside announced procedures.
Closures
Inactive tickets may be closed after a reminder. You can reopen if needed.
